I would take a pass. Empty building with peeling paint. Zero signage. Basically deserted and grounds not well maintained. We did enjoy the koi fish for 60 seconds. Full review by sharrongeg

Very nice place, big variety of plants and trees. Highly recomendable to visit with the family or to walk with pets. Also the area is very safe. Full review by Rafael P

This is a beautiful little Asian garden that was gifted to Norfolk by Taiwan. Asian foliage surrounds a pond and a short walking path. The restaurant was closed, but its pagoda inspired architectur… Full review by Anne O

Hi, I don't recall any signs specifying whether or not dogs were allowed in the park area, but I'm sure if so, one would be required to clean up after them. There was an oriental restaurant building there in the park, which would be open part of the time (not while we were there, though). I would guess dogs were not allowed in there.
