Slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson warned his colleagues about the health insurance company’s public relations issues in early 2024 as he tried to mend their reputation, according to a report.

The suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, Luigi Mangione, waived extradition to New York in a Pennsylvania court on Thursday morning. He arrived in Manhattan later that afternoon to face state murder and terrorism charges in the killing of Thompson.
