A jury in U.S. federal court in Delaware on Friday said it was deadlocked on one of the questions that it has been asked to resolve in Arm Holdings' lawsuit against Qualcomm, but is still deliberating the two other questions before it.

The jury sided with Qualcomm after Arm argued the chipmaker breached a licensing agreement through a $1.4 billion acquisition of Nuvia, but the case isn’t over yet.

The jury deliberated its decision Friday in an industry-defining licensing battle that started over a $50 million royalty dispute.
