A federal grand jury indicted a Wisconsin judge Tuesday on charges she helped a man in the country illegally evade U.S. immigration authorities looking to arrest him as he appeared

Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of felony obstruction of a federal agency and concealing an illegal alien to help them avoid ICE arrest.

Following the indictment on Tuesday, her legal team said Judge Hannah Dugan "asserts her innocence and looks forward to being vindicated in court."
