A new wave of missiles launched from Iran were seen in the skies over Tel Aviv, early on Sunday. Sirens sounded in Jersualem and Tel Aviv, as the incoming barrage was intercepted.

Israel and Iran on Sunday exchanged attacks for the third day, with the Israeli military saying it conducted an "extensive series of strikes" on the headquarters of the Iranian Defence Ministry and the SPND nuclear project.

The footage of the incident preceded a night in which Israel and Iran traded fire, with explosions heard in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Tehran.

The retaliatory strikes came on Saturday, a day after Israel killed top Iranian military leaders and scientists and destroyed an aboveground nuclear enrichment plant near Natanz.
