Former Texas receiver Isaiah Bond will not face criminal charges stemming from his April arrest and announced Thursday he's signing with the Cleveland Browns.

PHILADELPHIA — The Browns are expected to sign former Texas receiver Isaiah Bond soon, but he faces possible discipline by the NFL for his sexual assault case despite the fact it was dropped on Thursday.
