If the New York Jets want to make a change at quarterback this offseason it will be pretty tough. Future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers is under contract and has a massive $49 million dead cap number. There's been a lot of chatter about Rodgers' future,

“And there is word out there, there’s been leaks I’ve heard that whatever they pay Aaron Glenn, (he’s) made it known that he would like to keep Aaron Rodgers,” Kay said on his radio show Tuesday, a day before the Glenn hiring became official.

Jets defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton and cornerbacks coach Tony Oden are also both under consideration for roles on Glenn’s staff, according to sources.
