Daniels spent the first four seasons of his career at OSU and was a staple of the Cowboys' defense throughout the past three years.

LSU defensive lineman Kimo Makane'ole is entering the transfer portal, according to a report Friday from 247Sports. Makane'ole made one tackle in 10 games as a backup this season. He has one more year of eligibility.

Defensive back Mykel Patterson-McDonald will enter the transfer portal, per Collin Kennedy of 247 Sports. Patterson-McDonald was a freshman in 2024. Patterson-McDonald is a native of Moore, OK, who came to Norman with high expectations.
