Anya Taylor-Joy hit the streets of New York City in a puzzling fashion look this week. The Queen's Gambit actress was spotted while out and about in SoHo on Tuesday, Feb. 4, where she sported an eccentric garment that left her fans entirely in awe.

The Peaky Blinders actress was just spotted out in New York City on February 5, 2025 in an edgy-cool outfit that screamed “fashion girl.” She wore a chocolate brown Nour Hammour belted leather coat, Courreges black ankle boots, skinny black Dior sunglasses and a custom suede brown Atlas Bespoke Weekender Bag.

Taylor-Joy then changed gears, arriving at the NBC Studios in a Celine houndstooth-checked jacket and skirt two-piece which she styled with a pair of the brand's black patent leather Clementine boots. She wore her platinum-blonde hair down with a dainty plait weaved through the front strands.

One of which centred a chocolate nappa leather cape by Loewe, which featured a buttery finish, a slightly cropped silhouette and gold zip detailing. The equestrian-inspired piece, coined the ‘Trapeze Jacket,’ was paired with a black puffball mini skirt and knee-length cycling shorts, adding a sporty spin to Anya’s attire.

Although Taylor-Joy professed she has a penchant for vintage capes, her Loewe trapeze coat was straight from the spring 2025 runways. The actress emphasized the piece’s proportions by pairing it with black biker shorts and a flouncy miniskirt. White ballet flats with a tiny kitten heel wrapped up her look.
