Two residents and a firefighter suffered injuries during a garage fire in Newark but are expected to recover, the Newark Division of Fire told The Advocate. Newark firefighters responded around 6 p.m.

NEWARK, Ohio – A 58-year-old man was injured in an apartment fire in Newark on Tuesday. Firefighters responded to the 1800 block of Stanhope Drive around 3:15 p.m. The fire has since been contained.
