REYNOLDS, Ga. — A convicted murderer who walked out of a Miami jail due to a "procedural error" is back in custody after U.S. Marshals found him hiding in the home of a Georgia city council member.
Humphreys is the man accused of killing 41-year-old Tony Ferguson at a house party in McIntosh County on December 15th, 2024.
