Winter storm brings mix of snow and rain to parts of NY, NJ
Warren County, New Jersey, along with Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania, remains under an advisory until 1 p.m., with 1 to 3 inches of snow, up to 4 inches in elevated terrain, and minor icing anticipated.
Lake-effect snow will continue across much of upstate New York today, with several Winter Weather Advisories in effect and varying snowfall totals depending on location. Snowfall will fall in narrow, fast-moving bands, causing quickly changing road conditions and difficult travel during the morning and evening commutes.
