A cause of death has officially been ruled in the death of American Pickers star Frank Fritz. The former reality TV personality, who passed away on Monday, Sept. 30 at the age of 60, died of a stroke, new reports reveal.

The cause of American Pickers star Frank Fritz's death has been revealed. Per Fritz's death certificate, obtained by TMZ on Friday, October 11, it was determined that the reality star died last month of "late sequela of cerebral infarction," or a stroke that resulted from cerebral vascular disease.

Frank Fritz, a longtime co-host of the History Channel's American Pickers, died of "late sequela of cerebral infarction"—aka a stroke, according to a death certificate seen by TMZ. The cause of said stroke is cited as cerebrovascular disease,

Earlier this month, we reported that the American Pickers star Frank Fritz had died at the age of 60 two years after suffering from a stroke. Now, it’s been revealed that Fritz would have returned to American Pickers if the stroke that he suffered in July of 2022 hadn’t left half of his body paralyzed.
