SAN ANTONIO – H-E-B chicken casseroles are being recalled because of concerns of listeria bacteria contamination. BrucePac, the company that makes the ready-to-eat foods, is recalling nearly 10 million pounds of meat and poultry products after inspectors detected listeria in samples of poultry. The recall includes 75 meat and chicken products.
