Union election petitions have doubled since Biden took office, NLRB says
Unions filed twice as many petitions seeking to hold elections over the last year than they did in 2021, the National Labor Relations Board said on Tuesday, due in part to a nationwide surge in organizing in industries that have long been union-free.
