NASSAU — State Police on Thursday found a person with multiple gunshot wounds in rural Rensselaer County. Authorities responded at 8:14 p.m. to a report of a shooting on County Highway 15. There, an unidentified suspect was taken into custody, State Police said.

State Police have released more details in what they are calling a road rage shooting Thursday night in Nassau. It happened just before 8:15 p.m. Police said Ryan J. Hoffman, 43, of Averill Park, were involved in a fight after an apparent road rage incident on Nassau Averill Park Road.
