The Federal Aviation Administration will allow SpaceX to perform as many as 25 Starship launches a year from its Texas site, five times the previous limit.

SpaceX has met another requirement for a new license that would allow 25 Starbase rocket launches per year. Current regulations only allow for five.

The federal agency determined that more frequent launches at SpaceX's rocket site, Starbase, would have no significant impact on the local environment if the company takes the proper mitigation steps.
