The 28-year-old media personality was taken into custody after being accused of assaulting a bar manager and, now, his representative is speaking out and arguing his innocence. The incident involving Chase Chrisley reportedly took place at Twin Peaks restaurant in Atlanta on January 6.

Chase Chrisley, who appeared on reality TV series Chrisley Knows Best, was arrested after getting into a fight with the manager of an Atlanta restaurant, according to local news outlet WSB-TV. The incident occurred on Jan. 6, after Chrisley allegedly became "really drunk" and "belligerent" at a restaurant in the Buckhead area of the city.

Chrisley, the son of Todd and Julie Chrisley and star of “Chrisley Knows Best” and “Growing Up Chrisley,” allegedly slapped a manager at Twin Peaks off Piedmont Road Northeast in Atlanta on Monday.

Along with Chrisley Knows Best, the show has spawned several spin-offs including According to Chrisley, What’s Cooking with Julie Chrisley, and Growing Up Chrisley, which followed Chase and Savannah as they embarked “on a road trip from Nashville to Los Angeles to prove their independence.”

Chase Chrisley had done the right thing that evening by calling a driver to take him home,” his representative said.
