Hurricane Erin is now a major hurricane in the Atlantic Ocean. Latest track shows it turning north on Monday into Tuesday.

Hurricane Erin on Saturday quickly grew into a major Category 3 storm with 120 mph sustained winds as its outer bands began to lash the Caribbean, according to the National Hurricane Center.

A tourist in his 40s suffered "severe lacerations to the upper arm area," said Hollywood Fire Rescue and Beach Safety's Chai Kauffman, per USA Today. He was in the area visiting friends and family.
