Highways west and southwest of Wichita are becoming snowpacked as winter weather moves into the state. In Barber County, emergency management reports a two-vehicle accident on K-2 near the bridge. Visibility is all reported to be less than a quarter of a mile.

Wichita might see another round of snow starting Thursday afternoon or evening. The forecast calls for a 20% to 30% chance of snow starting after noon, with the chance increasing up to midnight, the National Weather Service in Wichita said Wednesday.
