The Bruins placed Mark Kastelic on injured reserved and called up two veterans from Providence prior to their trip to New Jersey for their game against the Devils on Wednesday. The B’s brought up forwards Max Jones and Patrick Brown.

Kastelic, 25, just returned to the Bruins' lineup on Jan. 18 against the Ottawa Senators, where he recorded an assist and dropped the gloves against former teammate Zack Ostapchuk.
