Fierce winds and devastating wildfires have shifted land in the burn areas of the Eaton and Palisades fires, raising the risk of mudslides and debris flows.

Even with all of the rubble and destruction, there is hope among residents of Pacific Palisades who say this is their community and they'll be back.
