There was an eerie throwback feeling to 2020 in the centre of Scotland's two largest cities this morning as the streets lay empty and the roads were quiet with no usual rush hour traffic. The red weather warning meant people were told to stay at home and it was noticeable in the city centre of both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
