Vice President JD Vance criticizes Atlanta's safety and attacks Senator Jon Ossoff during a speech on tax cuts in Georgia.
The crowd heard a good bit about next year's U.S. Senate race in Georgia, and three Republicans vying for the seat were in the room. "Close the border. Done. And the big beautiful bill is going to keep it closed," declared Derek Dooley in what may have been his first political speech to a high-profile audience.
Vice President JD Vance will be in Georgia on Thursday to take a stab at pitching a massive bill that hasn’t yet been fully implemented.
