KENT COUNTY, MI - A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Eastern Avenue SE in Kentwood, police said. The victim was a 58-year-old Kentwood man. His name was not released. Kentwood police said the man was walking on Eastern Avenue SE near Hardwick Drive when he was struck by a northbound vehicle. He died at the scene.
