Most of Alabama’s players appear to be gearing up for the ReliaQuest Bowl. One of the most notable opt-outs on offense was third-leading rusher RB Justice Haynes. Top RB Jam Miller is expected to play, and the Crimson Tide offense should still perform well.

A number of stars like Mason Graham, Will Johnson, Myles Hinton and Donovan Edwards have all opted out, but U-M still has plenty to fight for.

Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer announced that the co-captain and defensive back will miss his final game of eligibility against Michigan due to a surgery.

Coach Kalen DeBoer said Malachi Moore was scheduled to have surgery and would miss the ReliaQuest Bowl on Dec. 31 in Tampa, Florida.

Several injuries and transfer decisions have opened the door for young players to make an impact in the ReliaQuest Bowl against Michigan.

The Crimson Tide secondary will look a bit different when the No. 11 Alabama football team heads to Tampa at the end of the month to face the Michigan Wolverines in the ReliaQuest Bowl. Head coach Kalen DeBoer announced graduate Malachi Moore would miss the bowl game after having surgery on a nagging injury,
