Ukraine has condemned Russia's attacks on key energy infrastructure, saying the strikes bear the "hallmarks of nuclear terrorism". The Ukrainian foreign ministry said Putin's forces are carrying out "targeted strikes" on power substations supplying energy to nuclear power plants across Ukraine.
