The maps and charts depict political party affiliation at the time of election, with the exception of Bert Jones, elected in 2010 to NC House District 65, and Tricia Cotham, elected in 2022 to NC House District 112.

These are links to every district in the North Carolina House of Representatives. In North Carolina, the state legislature is responsible for drawing both congressional and state legislative district lines. District maps cannot be vetoed by the governor.

North Carolina is currently divided into 14 congressional districts, each represented by a member of the United States House of Representatives. After the 2000 census, the number of North Carolina's seats was increased from 12 to 13 due to the state's increase in population.

Oct 25, 2023 · The North Carolina General Assembly has passed three maps for the state House, state Senate, and US Congress, respectively. Redistricting is not subject to a veto from the governor, so the newly passed maps are now law.
