Ticketmaster is making some big changes to its ticket sales. Fans must now be told when tiered pricing is being used - and when cheaper tickets sell out while they’re in the queue. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has stated that buyers will also be notified at least 24 hours before a sale begins if tiered pricing will be used and what that means.
