Pixel & Probe on Instagram: "Findings: -Retrograde urethrogram shows normal appearance of the penile urethra up to the visualized extent. -Linear contrast-filled channels extending posterolaterally from the bulbar urethra, consistent with opacification of the Cowper (bulbourethral) ducts, suggestive of ductal reflux. -No evidence of bulbar urethral stricture. -Posterior urethra appears normal with contrast opacification of the urinary bladder. Impression: -Cowper duct opacification (duct reflux)
