Why I’m stopping (for now)

It’s been taking a couple months for me to still process everything. I’ve been suspecting it since right before she turned 2 and at 3 she finally got a diagnosis after all of the back and forth of “let’s just wait and see” or “well that could be normal she’ll just grow out of it” I finally got the confirmation my mom instinct had been thinking all along. And now she has regressed in so many different behaviors I get at a loss of what to do. Most days we wake up in fight or flight mode. Any advic
