Avalanche Training! Kind of…Beacon Parks are a great resource at some ski resorts that allow you to practice your beacon and probe use by using your own beacon and probe to locate one of the buried beacons, replicating an avalanche victim search in a controlled environment. The kids had been looking forward to doing the Beacon park with Uncle Brandon for a long time and we’re stoked to get some real world practice using avalanche beacons!
